Grocery stores can be found nearby at Hatcher and Cave Creek Roads, Peoria and 35th Avenues, Thunderbird Road and 7th Street, and at 19th and Northern Avenues. Car Safety
Be sure your cars are safely secured when parked, including setting the parking brake! Our community is on a steep hill and an uncontrolled rolling car could cause serious injury. In the past, runaway cars have caused property damage when they have left a driveway and crashed into other units.

Let this serve as a reminder to all of us to check our homes and yards for fire hazards.
This is also why there is NO PARKING on our narrow street! Emergency vehicles (as well as other city service vehicles) may not be able to navigate our street if it is congested with parked cars. Remember: the only allowed exception to the parking regulation is commercial service vehicles in the course of providing services to a unit, during normal business hours.
